A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.
As a dedicated property maintenance company, we manage general handyman services, tradespeople such as plumbers and electricians, painters and decorators and other repair and maintenance specialists. Our project management team mean the right team for the job can be sent at the right time. Scheduling work becomes our job, not yours.
Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Having employed the services of many different tradespeople over the course of the last 50+ years I am totally thankful for choosing TD Services to remove the old and rebuild a large decking area of approx 70sq metres. Dom said it would take three weeks and he was very true to his word. I can honestly say that Dom and Jordan are two of the most methodical, competent, tidy, professional workmen I have ever had the pleasure of contracting to work for me. All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives
