This guy wasted my day waiting for him to turn up, first was meant to come between 11-11.30am called him at 1pm to find out why he hadn’t made contact. He made his excuse & rearranged to come at 3pm, 6.30pm now & still not heard anything from him, a real time waster with no respect for customers. Unreliable & inconsiderate

They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted.
