I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Steps I am doing with every new job: •If it is necessary, I can take apart the old wardrobe/kitchen; •Take the measurements for the new project; •I am doing the design of furniture together with you; •I am doing checks to make sure that everything in design is working with the rest of the room(space for the bed, if you need cable ports, if there is a radiator in the way, if there are curtains in the way etc); •I am ordering the necesary materials, fixings etc; •Transporting the materials to your house; •I am fitting the furniture for you; •I am taking care of rubishh, offcuts etc, that is a result of fitting the furniture(every singel panel is a bit bigger that the final size, so i can scribe every single panel to suit your space). We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. So ive been fitting bathrooms since 2014. I take pride in my work the way i work is i want Perfection in my property so i make sure i do that when im working on other peoples propertys. I also have public liability insurance up to £2million.
