We commissioned Joe to create an outdoor kitchen for us after posting an ad on Rated People. We weren’t 100% clear on what we needed, we just knew we wanted somewhere to house our bbq. Joe helped us through the design process sending drawings and colour options. He delivered the furniture a few weeks ago and we love it! It looks as if it has always been there and we’ve had lots of compliments. Joe wants to make sure you love the pieces he creates, couldn’t recommend him enough.

Alexandru and team did a great job on our decking. Responded quickly, worked hard to complete the job within a short space of time. Very happy with the finish. Responded to questions quickly, always respectful whilst working.

Paul fitted a new LVT floor in my kitchen/diner and hallway. He advised on the best type of flooring and where to buy it from. He was reliable, hard working and friendly and his standard of work is outstanding. My new floor looks fantastic and I would happily recommend Paul to everyone.

I hired Dan to replace 12 doors, skirting boards, and dado rails, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Dan was professional, efficient, and meticulous in his work. Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. On the day he was punctual, friendly and tidy, and did the work to a high standard.

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

My partner is a tradesman and we are always really careful about who we use. We hired Billy to renovate our main bathroom (tiling and plastering) and he did an exceptional job. Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I hired Lee for this job and he did an outstanding job in replacing this door. He was very careful in removing the old door and worked through quite in detail to custom make the replacement door to ensure it is done to a very high standard and excellent finish. I highly recommend Lee as a carpenter.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. We are very happy to have found brad who has a fantastic work ethic. I would recommend brad to everyone as he will not let you down. Thank you Brad, the pillars look fantastic.
