I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Chris, Bill and Karl have done a brilliant job of rebuilding the inside of my house! The quality of their work is excellent and the end product is excellent. The job was a complete rebuild of the inside of the house including a new kitchen, bathroom, replacing new walls and structural work. Their quote was the most thorough and competitive, there were no hidden add-ons and they have been very good to fix the few minor snags without quibble. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend PR&R.
