I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Chris, Bill and Karl have done a brilliant job of rebuilding the inside of my house! The quality of their work is excellent and the end product is excellent. The job was a complete rebuild of the inside of the house including a new kitchen, bathroom, replacing new walls and structural work. Their quote was the most thorough and competitive, there were no hidden add-ons and they have been very good to fix the few minor snags without quibble. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend PR&R.
