Mike did a fantastic job taking out our old bathroom and fitting the new one. He was very easy going and happy to discuss any points throughout the fit, and adapted to our requests quickly and professionally. George was very professional and the repairs to the decking in my garden was to the high standards. Him and his team completed the job earlier than I expected . He is reliable and punctual and I definitely recommend him.

Terry,+++++++++++ supported by Lance St John attended daily and worked to a pre arranged schedule. Their approach was professional, they were courteous, reliable timekeepers, the work place was kept tidy, their attention to detail was exemplorary, the quality of finish superb. Terry managed the procurement of supplies and the attendance of skilled tradesman i.e. bricklayers, electrician, plumber as required without any undue delays. We would have no hesitation in recommending him, We will use him again!

Kamen was lovely. He was on time and reliable. He has laid a laminate floor beautifully, levelling some very slight differences in a few areas first to ensure a good finish. Nothing was too much trouble. His work is of a high standard. He worked quickly and without any mess, leaving everything tidy. He was friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with Ian of Imac Property Services, after having a very unprofessional carpenter start my oak porch. I rang Ian and he came to see me asap and finished the job off well. He used good quality materials. I would definitley use Imac again. I would give them a five star rating. P. Chappell of Cheshunt
