S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. This was the very best experience I've had with workmen. Phoned to say they were on the way. Arrived and started work immediately. Very professional and polite. They replaced the dripping tap with stylish new ones. Fixed a bath tap and the seal around the sink bath and shower. Plus repainted the ceiling which was a mess and now the bathroom looks like new. Pete and his workman did a great job of clearing my very overgrown garden. The garden had overgrown branches, bushes, ect, and Pete was excellent with cutting back ,clearing , removing garden waste .The garden looks so much better, thanks to Pete. Very reasonable price . Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.
