I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. My experience with Kelton was strange. The first part was very professional and I got a quote and the job was started on time. But then there was a delay in sourcing the shower tray which was down to me. However once shower tray had arrived we kept moving goal posts and they never could give me definitive date or time for when the job will be completed. Additionally when challenged about this got a very long rant from them concluding with we will withdraw our services for this job. Back to square 1 sadly

I would recommend to anyone who asks about Darren, everything from the initial contact through to the work and all the finishing touches and extra little things that he did for my dad in sorting out unexpected items or things throughout the job.
"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

He replied for my painting quote. On the day of work, when he started filling minor cracks, i need to repeatedly go and intervene and need to show that he kept on missing to fill several cracks in each rooms, then also explained no point to start painting with these open cracks. Then within 30 minutes of start of the work, he was missing at site. Just waste of time and now delays in finishing my works. Not show any positive attitude to improve on his mistakes nor dedication to complete on scheduled works.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Reliable and trustworthy, attended everyday and the guys working for Mr E, worked none stop bathroom refit completed in 5 days. Cleaned up after themselves and Mr E went out and collected tiles and bits when I ran out. Good workmanship thank you.

The quality of the work was poor and he showed no respect for our home. He created unsafe steps in the decking and then increased the price to fix them. He made marks and paint stains on our flooring despite being asked to protect it. He left the doors open several times. When we refused to pay the balancing payment until the work was completed he stormed into the house and removed cupboard doors and lectured on trust and dealing with contractors. You get what you pay for but he was not worth the £.
