En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.

Responded to my posting quickly and arranged site visit to assess requirements. After some initial investigations was able to advise on parts and arrange a second finish to complete the job. Worked really hard and cleaned up after himself. Recommended!

We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. We would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

My experience with Kelton was strange. The first part was very professional and I got a quote and the job was started on time. But then there was a delay in sourcing the shower tray which was down to me. However once shower tray had arrived we kept moving goal posts and they never could give me definitive date or time for when the job will be completed. Additionally when challenged about this got a very long rant from them concluding with we will withdraw our services for this job. Back to square 1 sadly

We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.

I would not hesitate to recommend Justin. My garden was left in a dreadful mess by a previous 'trade-person' and it was an unfinished job. Justin has worked incredibly hard and now my garden is neat, tidy and ready to be planted. I'm over the moon with what Justin has done and can't rate his work highly enough. Thank you again, Justin. I'll see you in August for the kitchen makeover :)

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

He replied for my painting quote. On the day of work, when he started filling minor cracks, i need to repeatedly go and intervene and need to show that he kept on missing to fill several cracks in each rooms, then also explained no point to start painting with these open cracks. Then within 30 minutes of start of the work, he was missing at site. Just waste of time and now delays in finishing my works. Not show any positive attitude to improve on his mistakes nor dedication to complete on scheduled works.

Bogtan and his team were excellent from start to finish, started on time and completed as expected to the highest standards. Me and the wife are over the moon with the end product, would definitely hire again !!

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Reliable and trustworthy, attended everyday and the guys working for Mr E, worked none stop bathroom refit completed in 5 days. Cleaned up after themselves and Mr E went out and collected tiles and bits when I ran out. Good workmanship thank you.
