Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.
