I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! Was more expensive than I had hoped, but we were off to a funeral and had a big gathering coming the next day, so it was sorted. Alin understood the urgency and did his absolute best.

Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.

We have a small kitchen which many a large Company turned their nose up at, and quoted 12k for basic work and a dreadful design, classing a fitted kitchen as putting a microwave oven on a shelf. Complete Solutions came up with quite a number of designs, all of which were great. I wanted 'Bling' and they gave me it, I love the work that they have done, it's a kitchen to die for. They listen to your ideas and give advice, and they always put your wishes first. They don't skimp on costs, everything is top quality, and they take a huge pride in their work. They also do bathrooms. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
My job posting received a rapid response, and someone called at the arranged time to survety and quote. The quote I received was considerably lower than other quotes, (although other quoteds were for bespoke wooden wardrobes built from scratch). The product provided exceeded my expectations, and represents good value. The job was completed on the days agreed and in a quick and professional manner. I am delighted with the new wardrobes, and would have no problem reccomending the firm. They need to sort our t a few gremlins with their website, but I know this is ongoing.

Do not be fooled by Stephen's laid back nature and quite approach, the structural building work we asked him to undertake was, once agreed, carried out to the letter, completed on time, to a very high standard and within budget. We would not hesitate using Stephen again for any building work.
