I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I'm also an incident controller trained to manage small to major accidents. I believe everyone has a calling and mines been in residential and commercial construction from small to big projects and everything in between and soon will help with yours. I take great pride in my work and dont see it as a job but more like living my best life. I've done my travelling overseas been to Australia and Canada for several big companies. Hello, I am apprenticeship served and have been working with wood for over 30 years. Although I specialise in bespoke furniture, I also carry out joinery and carpentry work too. I'm Dorset based and I cover neighbouring counties and sometimes beyond.
5 stars the customer very pleased with the work that was carried out
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
Mr Gardner first emailed me with a quote for the job and then visited to see what was required. He then agreed his quote and I accepted. He arrived on time as agreed a few days later and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. I will have no hesitation in employing him again in the future should I need his services as a carpenter.

Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.

REUBEN WAS VERY PROMPT AT ARRANGING AND ATTENDING BOTH SITE VISIT AND START DATE. HIS WORK IS TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD WITH A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHICH CAN BE SEEN THROUGH THE SOLID OAK WORKTOPS HE FITTED. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
