I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. I had Wojciech repair a persistent bathroom leak, and I’m very impressed! He was punctual, professional, and quickly identified the issue. He explained the repair process clearly and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean afterward. The leak is completely fixed, and the quality of his work is outstanding. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.
