I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.

They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again
Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.
Nicky did a really great job on a kitchen fitting which proved very much harder to fix than we had realised. She was very competent, patient and diligent. Beyond 5* really. Thankyou so much.
