I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. I had been generally happy with the paint work when it was finished but on closer inspection and having to spend 6+ hours cleaning up, I can categorically say I am not happy & keep finding more to be unhappy with. There is paint everywhere even inside one of the (brand new!) toilets and underneath the masking tape, where it was even used! There are drips of paint on the woodwork and all the window sills and doors need another coat. Holes in doorframes were also not filled before painting. Not happy at all

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

So confusing couldn't make hide nor hair of it
The job started off well, but as the day went on the quality of the work went downhill. Just about every corner of the wall which was papered has been torn and some were filled with bits of paper so that I wouldnt notice, but they kept falling out. There are gaps between some pieces and the wallpaper around the doors, looked like it had been cut with a knife and fork. If you want a cheap job done quickly you'll be fine, if you want a good job done properly to perfection dont bother.
