I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Within a few hours of the job going up Chris was here, it was a tougher job than expected as our leak was behind tiles. It turns out the kitchen filters had caught a pipe and tried to cover it rather than repair properly. Chris took photos and videos for our insurers resulting in a successful claim, he fixed the leak and also did everything he could to keep the cost down - testament to his honesty and years of experience. I 100% recommend him.
