I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Paul did a fantastic job, after another electrician had completely wrecked the conservatory floor, Paul levelled it, laid an underfloor heating system and screeded it all in 3 days. In future, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Five stars? Should be 6.

Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. He took the stress out of the job and is clearly a very experienced builder.
