I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. The job: Install a loft access hatch for a side extension to our house, top up the insulation and upgrade our kitchen lighting. Daniel gave a good and competitive quote for the work. Communications throughout were excellent. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily. As well as doing great work he is also very courteous and was respectful to our home. The workspace was left spotless too. After some experiences we’ve had with builders it was refreshing to have such a great experience.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

In short, I did get lucky that day, he delivered a fabulous Kitchen and Bathroom plus other work needed, all to a high standard of workmanship and speed. Excellent Steve.
