I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Had an extension built - cost almost £32k - Company uses 100% subcontractors no employees which when we were looking they advised they only employ people and have 2 projects ongoing at a time which is not true - Overall quality of build is good (4*) but overall score a 2* due to some of the subcontractors work and attitude, mistakes during build by not following architects drawings, poor communication and project management, leaving house open to elements and me having to arrange building control visits.

Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation
