I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
We are limited company ,running 5 years. Our team are included professional electric, plumber and designer. We are doing loft conversation, extension and decorations!!!

Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. Monta did all the work in my kitchen, that is plastering, full electric, plumbing, timber flooring and Ikea kitchen installation. All very well done despite lots of hurdles on the way which were caused by an old, derelict system in the kitchen. If you want someone who is super organised, clean and tidy, punctual and sticking to schedules, then Monta is probably your best choice despite not offering the lowest quote on the market. Communication with the main builder - Michael was exemplary and all was clear.
