From the outset, Tim, James and their team were true professionals. Their workmanship is exceptional and our old garage has been transformed into a spectacular space. They worked tirelessly during their time with us and we're always polite, considerate, cheerful and kept us fully informed of any additional costs, which were incurred unexpectedly. Ian and Peter were on time, did the job with an excellent standard of finish, cleaned up after themselves and were very happy to answer my questions. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Would recommend their services and will definitely use again. Many thanks
