We are due to have our hall, stairs and landing done next and looking forward to bringing that up to the standard of the other rooms done by them. Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails.
