Came around and got measurements, went away and sent over quote for the job very quickly. Had another that was q touch cheaper however, from the conversation I had, believed that the job would be of a better quality through D&S and was glad with my decision. The amount you have mentioned is wrong and I have the invoice dated 11th March 2015 to prove it. So, in effect what you quoted and what you took from me was way way higher and you will say anything to justify that now.

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Colin did a great job in identifying the root cause of an intermittent shower leaking problem that three previous plumbers I used, failed to find. Colin is a great guy, friendly, professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others. Thanks again Colin for a great no nonsense job.

We had our bathroom retiled and the bathroom now looks great. We appreciated the professional and positive attitude and good communication. In particular Stephen's guys were alert and attentive to our needs throughout the project. They made some thoughtful recommendations on the choice of tiles as well which really made the difference to the final look.

Really poor experience it’s now 6 months and kitchen still not finished I’ve given up Still waiting for certs for electrical works honestly don’t use they are lovely guys but take on too much work and don’t finish anything
