Kyle renovated our kitchen ready for us to install kitchen units. He put up a new ceiling and plastered the walls. He laid a new floor and told us that he had levelled it for tiles. Floor has not been levelled properly. There is a raised area in the middle of the floor. We can’t tile without relaying. Kyle damaged our UPVC back door, there’s a hole in it. Ceiling has a gap, I can see through to the joists. Can’t contact Kyle, won’t answer phone or message on here.

very reliable and trusworthy. Not the cheapest of quotes but I wanted the work done ASAP. Quality of work was great but I put good because he didn't clean all the mess :-). I would have him back though!

The amount you have mentioned is wrong and I have the invoice dated 11th March 2015 to prove it. So, in effect what you quoted and what you took from me was way way higher and you will say anything to justify that now.

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Turned up on time , helped to removed damaged floor and he fitted new and refitted the Skirting .I would highley recommend Phil to anybody wishing to employ his services.

We had our bathroom retiled and the bathroom now looks great. We appreciated the professional and positive attitude and good communication. In particular Stephen's guys were alert and attentive to our needs throughout the project. They made some thoughtful recommendations on the choice of tiles as well which really made the difference to the final look.

Had our boiler replaced by Truscon and were very impressed with the service and time taken to do the job. Chris came and had a look at what was needed, quoted promptly, arrived when he said they would and did the whole lot in less than a day - including the tidying up afterwards. A difficult job in a very old building. Plenty of communication prior to fitting of non-standard door and frame. Work carried-out to instructions. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Guy did a great job of planing our internal doors after we'd had new carpets. He was quick to respond, punctual, friendly, and tidy, hoovering up afterwards. We'd definitely use him again.

Really poor experience it’s now 6 months and kitchen still not finished I’ve given up Still waiting for certs for electrical works honestly don’t use they are lovely guys but take on too much work and don’t finish anything
