I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Carl is highly professional and excellent at what he does. I was lucky to find Carl after a plumber I called to repair a leaking pipe under my bath did a horrible job that caused water to pour through my bathroom onto the room downstairs, damaging the ceiling and the carpet of the room downstairs. Carl was able to identify what the problem was and resolved it with great skill. Since he fixed the leak under my bath, there has not been a single drop of water leaking from underneath my bath. He is excellent!

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

Have you ever been in a position to say "I just got lucky" Well I hadn't until I met Steve, I needed a Bathroom and Kitchen ripped out and replaced with new, my brief was simple, it needed to have a Wow factor, I choose from pictures on Steve's phone a Kitchen and Bathroom he'd already finished, then left everything for him to sort out? In short, I did get lucky that day, he delivered a fabulous Kitchen and Bathroom plus other work needed, all to a high standard of workmanship and speed. Excellent Steve.
