I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. John came out to view and price the job at the agreed date and time and then came out to carry out the work a few days later. The job turned out to be more complicated than initially thought but he went above and beyond to complete the work.
I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
