I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Don't believe the bad reviews. Steve and his whole team are fantastic. They have just completed a job for me and they arrived on time every day and finished on time too. We ran into some unexpected issues with pipework, but Steve got it resolved straight away. All the lads left the site clean every day. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Very happy

GNGC specialise in garage conversions on domestic properties throughout the north east.The business was set up and runs alongside JPK Builders based in Sunderland we specialise in brickwork,paving,and repointing.
An absolute pleasure to have them carry out brickwork repairs and reponting of our property. We were updated as to the starting date - promptly commenced at the time designated. , Work has been to a very high standard,and his attention to both mortar and brickwork matching has resulted in an almost new look to the building. Also his consideration to our neighbours during this messy disruption is also worthy of note. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering similar work. .

I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. I would highly recommend you choose Agua Bathrooms.

The work didn't go ahead as there was some dispute on liability of the cost of the repairs between the buyer and the seller. I just got a quote from the trade person. Alistair is very reliable person and I will be very happy to contact him for any future electrical repairs. thanks

Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00. It was an excellent job, they were professional, efficient and caused minimal disruption to the household, and their quote was cost-effective. We will definitely be offering them further work in future.
