I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.

This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

I did not use either of these tradesmaen for the flue replacement. as the boiler manufacturers admitted they were responsible for the problem and replaced it.,Both called to give a quote and were helpful and polite.
