Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
