I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I recently opened a supermarket on Sevendials. We needed a handyman and a carpenter to do a few chores. Hired Tony for some work. Tony not only did carpentry and joinery work, but also took on building, plumbing and beyond. He is truly multi talented and very very dedicated. Simon came with sort notice to fix a plumbing issue unresolved by another plumber. He diagnosed the problem and came back to fix the part required. The price is very reasonable, he was on time, polite and is not on our phone contacts as our newreliable local plumber in Windermere. Jill

Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.

Great communication throughout. Helped me decide on the flooring and gave options. Flooring was laid really well and the finish was great, cleaned up after the job was finished.
we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible
