Carl called, called in and had a good discussion on our ideas… then quick turnaround on costs / Scope of works. Leaving us plenty of time to think about, with contact back… but never ever pushy! Next stage was a an arranged visit to the showroom, and have to say the standards were a lot higher than I could imagine. Very high quality products and quality of finishes… so it was a no-brainer Currently having works starting, to a time frame which suited us… so went above and beyond the customer satisfaction

From initially coming out to provide the quote to delivering excellent workmanship it's been a pleasure to have Pawel & Iwona work on our kitchen & dining room. Complete bathroom refurbishment and we couldn't have imagined a better end product. These lads work very hard, they're professional & reliable. I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. He completed the job inside 2 hours with a little help from myself to help safely mount each shelf into place. Costa is open, friendly, reliable and able. The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.
