I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Masterteck Repair is a hard surface repair and French Polishing specialist.
Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
Managed and kept a track of all the completed projects.
Beqir and his team were very professional and nicely cleaned up after them. All though work took bit longer than expected because of few complications but all in all we are very happy with the result. Will be using them again! Many Thanks, J

It was a substantial project renovating and changing the layout throughout the whole house as as well as a sizeable rear extension. Doug project managed the build, his professionalism, communication and understanding throughout the build was exceptional. Issues that arose (not of ACL's making) throughout the 6 month project were dealt with swiftly and effectively with clear communication on options and cost.

Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.
