I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Paul is a very polite, professional trademans focused on delivering quality work that meets the customer's satisfaction. He offered advice that helped inform the design of the bathroom and completed the works within budget. Paul was very responsive to requests and was able to adapt his work when other suppliers let me down. Having not used 'Rated People' or Paul before, I was a little cautious however, I would definately recommend and use both services in the future.

Renovation of my dad's bathroom did not go as well as hoped. Due to my dad's dementia and him being affected we had to tell you to stop work with the job still unfinished 2 days after it should have been completed. It seems other jobs got priority over his and work was rushed. After you'd gone we found new tiles were cracked but grouted anyway. Seems there was a lack of planning for how much work would be needed for an accessible bathroom.

I was very pleased with punctuality and value for money. However, one of the jobs quoted and paid for i.e. fixing the toilet has not been done properly and is as bad as before he looked at it and my calls have been ignored for 3 weeks to rectify this. also a crack in a wall keeps reappearing and there was red paint on a cream carpet which was not brought to my attention and a professional carpet cleaner could not remove.

my names Mark ive been self employed for the past 5yrs i do all sorts plastering tileling floors or walls painting decorating iam new to this site so please bear with me getting my web page up and running .
Rubbish took trader 3 weeks to clear, Finish in some places shoddy, work left unfinished as the job was rushed. Workman had to be asked to come back and finish the job. The plumber had to make radical alterations to the bath panel to compensate for the uneven finish of the end walls. I wish I had gone with the previous trader who was more expensive but came highly recommended !
Not satisfied with his work and responds. Will definite not recommend him to anybody.
