I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommend Gedas. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy. He completed a full refurbishment of an en-suite bathroom including electrics, tiling, painting etc. Finish to a high standard and made helpful suggestions on appropriate fittings etc. Left the bedroom clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. Offered a fixed quote which was very competitive and imposed no additional charges. Job did take a week or so longer than expected but he kept us informed throughout.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I hired Lee for this job and he did an outstanding job in replacing this door. He was very careful in removing the old door and worked through quite in detail to custom make the replacement door to ensure it is done to a very high standard and excellent finish. I highly recommend Lee as a carpenter.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

Extremely happy with the job Peter did. Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to ensure the job was done exactly the way we liked. Quote was really reasonable and did extra jobs we asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone. It was a shame we didn't find him sooner as we have had bad experiences in the past with other builders!

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.
