My rating is based on customer service only. At this point I was seeking costs and advice of which I promptly got from Adam. Along with discussing the job I posted, we also talked about another job I have; He’s the first person to suggest checking / replacing a part other than my needing a new shower unit. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting.
