I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.
