Advisor called me up. After a lengthy discussion i asked if i can book for the engineer to come out. She told it would be a £240 call out charge, when i questioned this, she went on to tell me im a “idiot” whos wasting her time. Then put the phone down. Very shocked with this service.

This was the very best experience I've had with workmen. Phoned to say they were on the way. Arrived and started work immediately. Very professional and polite. They replaced the dripping tap with stylish new ones. Fixed a bath tap and the seal around the sink bath and shower. Plus repainted the ceiling which was a mess and now the bathroom looks like new. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.
