I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. He replied for my painting quote. On the day of work, when he started filling minor cracks, i need to repeatedly go and intervene and need to show that he kept on missing to fill several cracks in each rooms, then also explained no point to start painting with these open cracks. Then within 30 minutes of start of the work, he was missing at site. Just waste of time and now delays in finishing my works. Not show any positive attitude to improve on his mistakes nor dedication to complete on scheduled works.

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
