Stephen was friendly and approachable from initial contact. He went out of the way to visit to offer immediate help/advice, prior completing the repair.His price was very reasonable and I paid him extra for going that extra mile and giving us back a working toilet when others services had let us down after 48 hours without a working toilet. The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. Jay's values are something that will put him above the rest of any other joiners and will do him well for the future. Jay was also fairly priced and quoted me on jobs opposed to days so that I could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Jay.
