Fatjon did the most fantastic job installing my bespoke Plantation Shutters into the bay window of my Victorian cottage. He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!

Mariusz was very professional. He arrived to quote when agreed. He explained the work that was needed and how long it would take, and was on time each day. He also fixed some unknown issues. The quality of work was high and completed within the agreed time frame, and also he was a very tidy worker. His quote was also very fair, relative to some others I got. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend. The job was a porcelain tile patio regrouting and some tiles that were loose.

I hired Alpha Homes initially to tile the floors of my en-suite bathroom and main bathrooms which went well until I gave them the tiling of the wall of the main bathrooom. Alpha Homes did the tiling to the best of their ability, however they left a couple of chipped tiles in the work which was a bit disappointing, they had promised to come back and apply silicone to the edge of the tiled walls and around the edge of the bath which they never did. Appearances can be deceiving and do keep an eye on their work
