Brilliant service, more so as I got the measurement of a radiator wrong by a few cm and they provided a workaround rather than me sending back the radiator. Also provided advice on other potential work and cleaned up afterwards. Will be using again for future work with no hesitation. A+++

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

From the minute Dave came to quote for the job he immediately knew what he was doing and made some great suggestions to what was a strange request! I had a couple of other quotes and all the builders were stumped with the bizarre pipe work in my garage and how they would work it. Dave knew from the start and his confidence in knowing the job could be done to a high standard was reassuring. It is nearly complete bar a few snags and I have been very impressed by all the team

Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Peter was an excellent worker. He came to quote incredibly quickly and sourced the materials and finished the job two days after. He arrived on time, kept me informed about costs and worked hard. He cleaned up as he went along and was polite and courteous. He provided great value for money too. I would definitely hire him again.

Alex was very quick to reply and came over for a quote the next day! Was very happy to help and started work promptly! We both work midweek and Alex worked around us and came early to collect the key and left the house clean and tidy’ most importantly did an excellent job! Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

Excellent job completed by Chris. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the installation of the door in a clean and tidy manner.
