I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Friendly, reliable and did a lovely job to fit a huge (3 metre +) verticle blind. I was so pleased with the work, I asked them to come again to put together a very awkward wall bed that swings down from a wardrobe. Reviews regarding the bed online, complained of it taking professionals 3 days to put together, but with Adrian and Michael's professionalism, they had it done within a day! So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Well...what a job !! I cant fault Jim and his team for anything. Our toilet and shower building for our yurts at Looe Yurts is fantastic. The job was not without challenges - Covid-19, social distancing, lockdown and lack of supplies. However none of this phased Jim and his team. Its always tough trusting builders...cant think why, but these guys were ace. Polite, diligent and tidy and most importantly ON TIME & ON BUDGET. Even did a couple of extra bits too. No hesitation to recommend.
