I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Fred's work in laying bathroom floor tiles was excellent. Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond, eg. Adding extra plywood to floor as parts were rotting, installing new pipework joints as mine was leaking, cut down bathroom door to make sure it fit. He left the area spotless when finished. I would 100% hire Fred again and would definately recommend his work.

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.
