Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.

I am now qualified to a “C&G’s level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations“ (domestic electrician),this includes being competent in testing, diagnosis and fault finding in regards to 1st phase electricity. I am familiar with all electrics that tie in with domestic household/ dwellings ie lighting/ ring mains, radial, cookers circuits etc. I am a fan of customer care which I value wholeheartedly as I enjoy fulfilling customers expectations as best as I can.
