Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
