They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They did an excellent job on a very long and high hedge. Stayed until the job was completed and cleared up well. Cut the hedge better than asked and their price was within the range of other quotes. Need to make sure you are clear what is happening to the cuttings/waste. Would not hesitate to hire them again when the hedge has grown back.

Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!
