He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. James was professional the whole time and we would have no hesitation in hiring and recommending him to others in the future.

I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. Since 2020, I’ve expanded into the building sector, working on a range of projects including excavating footings, setting out for concrete, installing windows and doors, plasterboarding, and fitting bathrooms. I’ve also been involved in kitchen installations, flooring, and patio laying, with my main focus being plumbing, drainage, and groundworks. My approach is all about customer satisfaction, and I take pride in my attention to detail. I may take my time on certain tasks to make sure they’re completed to the highest standard. Do not use this tradesperson. We needed a skylight fitted, and this company quoted for the job. We paid a deposit the same day we got the quote, and agreed a start date. The job was delayed a week by them, and when the new date came, they didn't respond to messages. After several days of silence, they replied to make excuses and arrange a new date, which they also missed. After four weeks of delays, we requested a refund, but they refused as they had "bought materials". We are pursuing further action. DNU
Hi I’m neil from nc roofing I’m new to rated people we we have people on are team with 15 -25 year experience , we cover all aspects of roofing from fixing broken slates and leaking gutter to full re roofs there’s no job to small and most certainly we cover it all ,, we will give you friendly free advice ,and a free quotation there’s a couple of bad ratings on my account due to fake leads being added buy dud names and people just leaving a bad review and work was. Not even undertaken
Just got done by this guy. Did the job straight away so gave him 5star but soon as it rained it was twice as bad tried many times to get him back but just ignored my calls just lost £500 keep away if you have any sense

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

I am a gardener that mainly takes care of overgrown and neglected gardens . I also do maintenance services on monthly to fortnightly visits .the jobs i do are weed removal, grass cutting mowing .hedges and shrubs removal or pruning and small waste removal and soil rotovating
