John and his team have done a brilliant job. Highly professional and very considerate of our requirements. Nothing was too much for them and always very approachable. The site was kept tidy at all times, and the end result superb. Extremely impressed with every aspect of the project.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.

After setting Jac Jones Cons. what at first seemed like a simple straightforward job they continued to do everything they possibly could to complete what turned out to be possibly the hardest job they had ever taken on. Not only did they show up every day on time but they turned up with a smile on their faces and worked hard constantly. Their work rate and quality of workmanship is second to none and won't stop until not only you but they are happy with the final product. Would recommend without question!

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Barry and his brother-in-law Rob worked very hard paving my drive and did a first rate job. They are both friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They started on time, didn't cut any corners and the materials they used were better quality than I had anticipated. The final cost was actually cheaper than quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be inviting them to quote for any future building work that I need doing. (PS. calling himself a "handyman" undervalues his expertise).
