I have been self employed for 7 1/2years now, I really enjoy the freedom it gives me to take on a wide variety of projects and the responsibility that comes with creating what customers want. I believe I have a good eye for detail, and i work hard with my customers to implement their ideas. I give alternative ideas and thoughts to give customers a better overview of what they could have and potentially achieve. I like to think I’m relaxed, easy going and approachable and i think the relationship between customer and tradesman is as crucial as the work itself. I have worked all over the country on a wide range of projects installing timber bridges, boardwalks, and jetties. This gave me great experience, dealing with customers and problem solving. I thoroughly enjoy my work and love working outdoors, helping to create great gardens for people to enjoy.
Ben has done s great job removing some old decking and replacing it with Indian stone paving. All at a reasonable price.

When we accepted his quote for the work which needed doing, Mark promised that we would not be disappointed, and we certainly were not. He and his colleague worked solidly throughout a very hot day, finishing the job ahead of time and doing a wonderful job of clearing up afterwards. We will definitely use Kingpin again for future projects.

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Great job completed by SD Tile and Stonework. Samuel is very skilled, hard working and reliable. Communication from start to finish was great and quoted a fair price. The patio finish was very professional, even though it was a tricky space, Samuel was able to make it all look good, blending into the garden and existing pathway. Steve and his labourer were absolutely brilliant. He contacted me half an hour after i put the job online, came round the next night and quoted me the very next day. He's very patient, i mithered him to death with questions via emails and texts and he got back to me with a straight answer within minutes every time. He always turned up on time if not earlier and got the job done with no fuss in absolutely rubbish weather. Would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone anytime.
